Production Overview
Client: AcreTown
Location: Vivian, LA (Caddo Parish)
This project highlights our proficiency in real estate drone photography and aerial land surveying for remote property sales. We were contracted to capture a detailed library of high-resolution aerial and ground imagery for a 26.67-acre parcel of vacant land in Vivian, Louisiana.
Our mission was to provide the seller with a "virtual tour" capability, enabling prospective buyers to assess the property without an on-site visit. The operation required a specific flight plan to capture 360-degree orbits, top-down mapping perspectives, and ground-level inspection photos of road frontage and infrastructure.
While the primary deliverable consisted of raw 4K video and still images for the client's listing, we produced the cinematic demo reel and a curated selection of images featured here to showcase the footage's quality. The comprehensive capture resulted in a delivery of over 25 minutes of raw video footage and 60+ high-resolution images to the client. This assignment demonstrates our ability to support vacant land marketing by delivering the precise visual evidence needed to drive buyer confidence and sales engagement.
