AcreTown contracted me to capture a detailed library of high-resolution aerial and ground imagery for a 26.67-acre parcel of vacant land in Vivian, Louisiana. The project combined real estate drone photography and overhead site imagery to support a remote property sale.
The goal was to give the seller a "virtual tour" option so prospective buyers could assess the property without visiting in person. I planned a specific flight to capture 360-degree orbits, top-down perspectives, and ground-level photos of the road frontage and infrastructure.
The main deliverable was raw 4K video and still images for the client's listing: over 25 minutes of raw video footage and 60+ high-resolution images. I also put together the cinematic demo reel and a curated selection of images shown here to show the quality of the footage.
