Vantage Aerial Works was engaged by Arcmera to provide aerial photography for a corporate-guaranteed Dollar General offering positioned within the Shreveport-Bossier City MSA. With the property listed as a passive net lease investment backed by an investment-grade tenant, accurate site documentation was essential to communicating the asset's strategic position along Highway 1 and its role as a primary retail resource for the surrounding rural population.
Our scope focused on capturing the property's footprint, parking configuration, highway frontage, and surrounding context. Aerial perspectives are particularly valuable for single-tenant retail assets like this one, where lot size, ingress and egress, and proximity to neighboring uses are key factors in how investors evaluate long-term viability.
We delivered a complete set of high-resolution aerial stills for use in the offering memorandum and listing presentation, giving the Arcmera team ready-to-deploy visual assets without any additional post-production dependencies on their end.
