The property was listed as a passive net lease investment backed by an investment-grade tenant, so the photos needed to clearly show its location along Highway 1 and its role as a primary retail option for the surrounding rural population.
The shoot focused on the property's footprint, parking layout, highway frontage, and surrounding context. For single-tenant retail like this, aerial views make it easier to see lot size, ingress and egress, and nearby uses, all of which investors weigh when judging long-term viability.
