Secure Net Lease brought me in to capture UAS photography of a single-tenant retail property: a freestanding Firestone Tires. In CRE investment, an elevated view makes it easy to see an asset's footprint and how it connects to the surrounding region.
I captured detailed aerial stills showing key site details like road frontage, traffic flow, and the adjacent tenant mix. The client received a full set of high-resolution raw imagery, so their internal team could select, process, and format the images for their own needs.
Delivering unedited files gave the investment sales team a flexible image library for property evaluation and listing strategy.
