Marlowe Wellington
A 90 second 4K marketing video for Parks Hospitality Holdings, featuring the completed Phase 1 of Marlowe Wellington in Fort Worth, Texas, with aerial footage and client-provided interior images, editing, and client branding.

Production Overview
Client: Parks Hospitality Holdings
Property Type: Multifamily Community (Apartments and Townhomes)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Parks Hospitality Holdings asked me to produce a marketing video for the completed Phase 1 of Marlowe Wellington, a multifamily community in Fort Worth, Texas. On September 2, 2026, I filmed the aerial footage and then handled the edit.
The footage covers the clubhouse and entrance, the pond and walking paths, the pool, and the apartment and townhome exteriors. Shooting from high in the air made it possible to show how those spaces connect across the property, while the low altitude shots give viewers a closer look at the exteriors.
Model unit interior photos supplied by PHH are also part of the edit, giving viewers a look inside the homes alongside the community's exterior spaces.
The final video runs about 85 seconds in 16:9 4K. During the edit I added music, color correction, and simple labels, then closed it out with the client's branding and end card.
