Vantage Aerial Works was tasked with producing a cinematic aerial tour for Pro Business Centers, a flex warehouse and office property serving the Shreveport market. In the commercial leasing landscape, high-quality media is essential for demonstrating site context and accessibility to potential occupants.
Our mission went beyond standard aerials; we executed a complete site capture that included high-altitude mapping perspectives, cinematic low-level drone maneuvers, and ground-level architectural photography. This multi-angle approach ensured every aspect of the property’s small bay industrial design was documented in detail.
The primary deliverable for this project was a fully produced, edited video tour ready for immediate marketing use. This project demonstrates our ability to support commercial real estate marketing with turn-key visual assets that allow brokers and property managers to effectively showcase the asset's scale and features to future tenants across Shreveport-Bossier.
