South Highlands Drone Tour

This aerial tour was filmed as a portfolio piece in Shreveport’s historic South Highlands neighborhood. The goal was to create a polished example of a real estate drone video, showcasing how smooth camera movement, thoughtful framing, and music-driven editing can turn a short tour into a cinematic experience.

The shoot was captured with a DJI drone during late-morning light to balance exposure across the property and surrounding tree cover. In post-production, subtle speed adjustments, clean transitions, and global color grading were applied to keep the look consistent across shots. An adjustment layer was used for sharpening and vignette control, while motion keyframes added gentle push-ins and pull-outs to enhance the parallax effect of sliding shots.

The finished result demonstrates the value of aerial footage for real estate: it not only highlights the home itself but also gives potential buyers a sense of the neighborhood and surrounding environment.
