South Highlands Drone Tour

I filmed this aerial tour as a portfolio piece in Shreveport's historic South Highlands neighborhood. The goal was a polished example of a real estate drone video, showing how smooth camera movement, careful framing, and music-driven editing can make a short tour feel cinematic.

For the capture, I used a DJI drone in late-morning light to balance exposure across the property and the surrounding tree cover. In post-production, subtle speed adjustments, clean transitions, and global color grading kept the look consistent from shot to shot. An adjustment layer handled sharpening and vignette control, and motion keyframes added gentle push-ins and pull-outs to strengthen the parallax in the sliding shots.

The finished video shows the home and gives potential buyers a feel for the neighborhood and surrounding area.
